Below you find our General Terms and Conditions for Bingo.com, which will apply to all services transacted through Bingo.com.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before accepting them.


The Account Holder has the ability to close his/her Bingo.com Account by contacting Bingo.com’s Customer Support, using the contact details provided in the Help & Support area on the Website, either by phone or email, Click here to go to the Help Page.

1. General introduction, definitions and stipulations


1.1 "The Bingo.com Rules" are the terms & conditions constituting and governing the contractual relationship, as stated herein, and which the parties, as stated herein, hereby agree upon.

1.2 "Bingo.com" is a brand operated by Unibet (International) Ltd, a company duly registered on the 28th March 2000 under the laws of Malta, with Company Registration No. C 26127, and having its Registered Office and Business Address at Fawwara Bldgs" Msida Road, Gzira GZR 1402 Malta; Tel +356 2133 3532; Fax +356 2133 3577; E-mail info@bingostaff.com; Website https://online.bingo.com/en/user.

1.3 "An Account Holder" is an individual having a contractual relationship with Bingo.com.

1.4 A "Bingo.com Account" is an account held by an Account Holder, for bona fide transactions, with a strict aim to establish a normal commercial relationship with Bingo.com and with the strict purpose of conducting betting and other gaming and gambling transactions.

1.5 "The Contract" is the contractual relationship between Bingo.com and an Account Holder, basically constituted and governed by "the Bingo.com Rules", i.e. "the terms & conditions".

1.6 The "Licence" is the approval by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta (the "LGA"); which issued and regulates the following licenses:

LGA/CL1/106/2000 issued on the 30th of November 2010;
LGA/CL3/414/2007 issued on the 4th of June 2009 – Operating on a gaming system provided by Microgaming;
LGA/CL1/407/2008 issued on the 4th of June 2009 – Operating on a gaming system provided by Microgaming Europe Ltd;
LGA/CL1/729/2011 issued on the 8th of March 2012 – Operating on a gaming system provided by Net Entertainment Malta Ltd.;
LGA/CL1/658/2010 issued on the 21st of March 2012 – Operating on a gaming system provided by Jadestone Networks (Malta) Ltd.

1.7 "The Governing Authorities" are the authorities of Malta,

1.8 "The Governing Law" is the law of Malta,

1.9 "The Place of the Contract" is Malta,

1.10 "The Betting Duty" relates to the special tax applicable on betting in Malta,

1.11 "The Site" is the Internet gateway, accessible through the Internet address https://online.bingo.com/en/user where all current and relevant information regarding Bingo.com's operation is published.

1.12 "A Card" refers to all types of cards with a function of "payment", "charge", "debit", "credit" and/or similar.

1.13 "A Payment Solution Provider" is an intermediary acting as a payment agent.

1.14 "A Financial Institution" is a bank and/or other institution regulated by an applicable domestic financial services act or similar.

1.15 "Force Majeure" refers to any occurrence or condition beyond one's reasonable control which leads to a delay or default in the performance to the affected party's contractual obligation and shall, for the purposes of the Bingo.com Rules, include Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any necessary license where such denial or cancellation is made through no fault of the affected party), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

2. Account Rules

2.1 An individual cannot participate in a game unless that individual is registered as a player and holds a Bingo.com Account. For an individual to be registered as a player, that individual must submit an application for registration, which application will, at least, require the following details:

2.1.1 that the player is over eighteen (18) years of age;

2.1.2 the player's identity;

2.1.3 the player's place of residence; and

2.1.4 the player's valid e-mail address.An individual applying for registration warrants and represents that any information provided by it in its application form is true and correct. Bingo.com will not register the individual and, where that individual has already been registered; Bingo.com will cancel that individual's registration as a player if it becomes aware that individual has provided false information when registering as a player.

2.2 An individual applying for a Bingo.comAccount acknowledges and accepts:

2.2.1 All definitions and stipulations, as stated under clause 1 and/or herein;

2.2.2 The Bingo.com Rules as currently published on the Site, as well as any possible future changes to the Bingo.com Rules.

2.2.3 He must maintain the account details up-to-date;

2.2.4 That the Place of the Contract is Malta; and

2.2.5 That the Contract is governed by:

2.2.5.1 The Bingo.com Rules, as published in English.

2.2.5.2 Any regulatory provisions or other decisions made from time to time by the Governing Authorities;

2.2.5.3 The Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.

2.3 Bingo.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, at all times, to:

2.3.1 Decline to open a Bingo.comAccount and/or to close an existing Bingo.comAccount, without any explanation whatsoever;

2.3.2 Decline to accept deposits without any explanation whatsoever;

2.3.3 Suspend and/or cancel the participation of an Account Holder in promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever Bingo.com opinions there are legitimate concerns that a Bingo.com Account is used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest practices.

2.3.4 Request documents to verify the identity, the authorisation to use a specific Card and/or other facts provided by the Account Holder, before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals and/or at any given moment of the Account Holder’s gambling activity;

2.3.5 Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, data regarding an Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by Bingo.com Group Plc., subject to Bingo.comguaranteeing that the said data at all times is transferred and managed in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar.

2.3.6 Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, the rights and the liabilities regarding an Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by Unibet Group Plc., subject to Bingo.com guaranteeing the liabilities being honoured.

2.3.7 Hold and manage funds belonging to Account Holders in accordance with generally accepted guidelines for cash management regarding such funds; this may include a Financial Institution and/or a Payment Solution Provider being entrusted to hold funds in the name of and/or for the benefit of Account Holders;

2.3.8 Forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on a Bingo.com Account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly, The Bingo.com Rules have been violated and/or other unauthorized activities have occurred in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of a Bingo.com Account. This is subject to any of the said events being in connection with the Bingo.com Account and/or the claim in question.

2.4 An individual applying to become an Account Holder warrants and represents not to be under the age of 18 years, or under the legal age to gamble in the Account Holder’s country of residence. Minors cannot register as a player and cannot hold a Bingo.com Account. Bingo.com reserves the right to request proof of age and performs check in order to verify the information provided. Accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

2.5 An Account Holder warrants and represents, at all times, not to be:

2.5.1 Resident of Spain, Australia, Philippines, Turkey, Hong Kong, The United States of America and other U.S. territories, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Syria, Yemen, Estonia, Italy, Denmark and France;

2.5.2 Restricted by limited legal capacity;

2.5.3 Acting on behalf of another party;

2.5.4 Classified as a compulsive gambler;

2.5.5 Depositing money originating from criminal and/or other unauthorized activities;

2.5.6 Depositing money through a Card which the Account Holder is not authorized to use and/or utilizing a Card in a jurisdiction in which betting and gaming are prohibited;

2.5.7 Conducting criminal activities whereby a Bingo.com Account is directly or indirectly involved; and/or

2.5.8 Holding an active account with another legal entity which is part of the same group as Bingo.com, meaning other entities being, directly or indirectly, controlled by Unibet Group Plc.

2.5.9 It is not illegal in his country of residence or otherwise restricted for him to open an account, purchase or use services from Unibet and/or otherwise participate in the games offered. It is the Account Holder’s responsibility to ensure his use of Bingo.com website and services is legal.

2.6 Bingo.com warrants and represents, at all times, to:

2.6.1 Manage funds belonging to Account Holders in a secure and appropriate manner; and/or

2.6.2 Absorb the cost of, and pay, the Betting Duty, as applicable, at the place of Contract.

2.6.3 Manage data regarding an Account Holder in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar.

2.6.4 Not offer contingency to customers to proceed to any funds transfer between customers account.

2.7 Bingo.com Account is opened, held and settled in a currency as agreed between Bingo.com and an Account Holder. All amounts displayed relating to wagers and winnings shall be quoted with the symbol of the currency so agreed to. Bingo.com calculates and settles all matters involving exchange rates in accordance with recognized financial institutions at currently applicable exchange rates. Slight differences may occur between agreed amounts and recorded amounts due to variances between exchange rates.

2.8 A Bingo.com Account does not accrue interest.

2.9 An Account Holder can only hold one Bingo.com Account at a time. In the event that this rule is breached, Bingo.com reserves the right to block and/or delete the superfluous Bingo.com Account(s) held by the Account Holder in breach of this clause. Bingo.com also reserves the right to reallocate all the funds in the different superfluous Bingo.com Accounts to a single Bingo.com Account and to delete the remaining superfluous account(s). No bonus given to the superfluous Bingo.com Account(s) will be reallocated. In the event a fraud is detected on Bingo.com player account, Bingo.com will block the account, freeze the funds and definitely exclude the player from all Bingo.coma Service Limited Games Network. No pay out will be due to the player.

2.10 A Bingo.comAccount is non-transferable.  It is prohibited for players to sell, transfer, or acquire accounts from or to other players. Funds cannot be transferred between Bingo.com accounts.

2.11 Any claim regarding a transaction in conjunction with a Bingo.com Account shall be made to Bingo.com within 6 months after the transaction, payment and/or settlement took place, or should have taken place, otherwise Bingo.com reserves the right at its own discretion not to consider the claim.

2.12 Any legal dispute regarding a transaction in conjunction with a Bingo.com Account that cannot be solved by the Bingo.com Rules, including, and in respect of which no equitable solution is reached with the Account Holder shall be settled in accordance with the Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.

2.13 In the event of a dispute, it is advisable that the Account Holder lodges a complaint with Bingo.com's customer service using the contact details on site. The parties should do their utmost to reach an amicable settlement within a reasonable time. The complainant may also lodge a complaint within the LGA at complaints@lga.org.mt, should the complaint be unresolved.
Whereupon a dispute should occur between Bingo.com and the Account Holder, Bingo.com will make accessible to the member a detailed transaction record. Such information will also be made available to a legitimate third party (e.g. a judge or court) if Bingo.com so wishes or agrees.
Bingo.com shall immediately inquire into any complaint made to it or to the LGA by a registered player in respect of:

 (a) the operation of a game operated by Bingo.com;
 (b) the conduct of an agent of Bingo.com in operations related to a game operated by Bingo.com.

Bingo.com will inform the complainant or the LGA where the complaint was referred to Bingo.com by the LGA, of the results of the inquiry within twenty-one (21) days from the date on which the complaint has been lodged with Bingo.com.
The complaint must contain clear and unequivocal information about the complainant’s identity, and shall give all the relevant details that gave rise to the complaint.

2.14 An Account Holder may, in the Bingo.com account settings

a) set a limit on the amount the Account Holder may wager or deposit into his Bingo.com Account within a specified period of time, depending on his country of residence
b) exclude the Account Holder from playing for a definite period of time

2.15 The Account Holder has the ability to close his Bingo.com Account by contacting Bingo.com’s Customer Support, using the contact details provided in the Help & Support area on the Website, either by phone or email.  Any funds in the account will be remitted to the account holder.

2.16 Should an existing account be closed, any obligations already entered into will be honoured.

2.17 Account Holders who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support.

2.18 Bingo.com collects and processes personal information in order to provide its services to the Account Holder.

3. Payment Rules

3.1 Deposits to, and withdrawals from, a Bingo.com Account shall at all times be made through a Financial Institution or a Payment Solution Provider. Procedures, terms and conditions may vary from time to time, as well as between different countries and different Financial Institutions. Current advice is available when logged in on the Site under the headings "Deposit" or "Withdrawal".

3.2 Bingo.com shall keep Account Holders' funds separately from Bingo.com's own funds in a client's account held with a Financial Institution.

3.3 Bingo.com shall not make a payment in excess of two thousand and three hundred Euros/Û (or its equivalent under the operational currency) out of a Bingo.com Account of any Account Holder until the Account Holder's identity, age and place of residence have been verified.

3.4 Bingo.com may appoint a Payment Solution Provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds, and/or expedite withdrawals, on behalf of Bingo.com.

3.5 Bingo.com does not accept cash funds sent or delivered directly to Bingo.com or a Payment Solution Provider.

3.6 Bingo.com shall credit to the Bingo.com Account all funds received by Bingo.com from or on behalf of the Account Holder, or owned by Bingo.com to the Account Holder.

3.7 An Account Holder may only make a deposit with his personal Card.

3.8 Bingo.com shall not accept a wager from an Account Holder unless a Bingo.com Account has been established in the name of the Account Holder and there are adequate funds in the Bingo.com Account to cover the amount of the wager; or funds necessary to cover the amount of the wager are provided in an approved way.

3.9 Bingo.com shall not deal with the amount standing to the credit of an Account Holder except:

3.9.1 to debit to the Bingo.com Account a wager made by the Account Holder or an amount the Account Holder indicates it wants to wager in the course of a game it is playing or about to play;

3.9.2 to remit funds standing to the credit of the account to the Account Holder, at the Account Holder's request,

3.9.3 to pay reasonable bank charges for deposits received and funds withdrawn; or as otherwise authorised by the Remote Gaming Regulations.

3.10 Withdrawals from a Bingo.com Account are made through payments addressed to the Account Holder or transferred to a bank account held in the name of the Account Holder, as advised by the Account Holder. Whenever possible, withdrawals are made to the same account utilised by the Account Holder to deposit.

When an Account Holder wishes to withdraw funds he has deposited into his Bingo.com Account, but has not wagered it in any game, Bingo.comreserves the right to refuse to transfer the funds to another bank account than the one the funds originated, if Bingo.com suspects a fraud and/or money laundering.

3.11 Bingo.com reserves the right to charge for withdrawals for administrative cost as indicated on the site.

3.12 If no transaction has been recorded in a Bingo.com Account for thirty (30) months, Bingo.com shall remit the balance in that account to the Account Holder or, if the Account Holder cannot be satisfactorily located, to the Remote Gaming Authority. No claim shall lie against Bingo.com if it remits the balance in a Bingo.com Account to the Remote Gaming Authority.

3.13 Definition of "inactive accounts":- An inactive account is a player account which has not recorded any log in and/or log out for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Bingo.com reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for the inactive account, which fee is of 5 euros, per month (or the equivalent of below currencies according to the ROE of the day). The max amount to be deducted is 90 euro. Bingo.com reserves the right to increase the fee accordingly. EUR 5.- SEK 45/DEK35/NOK 40.- CHF 5.- HUF 1,320.- USD 7.- PLN 20.- GBP 4.- CZK 120.- SGD 9.- RON 20- per month. The administrative fee will be charged and deducted from the Bingo.com player’s account, within the 20th day of each month, following the 12 months of inactivity. Bingo.com reserves the right to close the account once the account reaches zero balance. All registered account holders who have had their account inactive for 12 months, will be notified within 30 days prior to any fees being charged to their accounts. Holders of inactive accounts may therefore reactivate their accounts by logging in/logging out or withdraw the funds within the 30 days’ time window without incurring any fees. Should any player reactivate their account within a 3 months period, they will be refunded any inactive account deductions .If for a period of 30 consecutive months, there are no transactions recorded on the Bingo.com Account of the player, Bingo.com reserves the right, after the expiry of the 30 months grace, and after putting reasonable efforts to contact the player, that it will remit the balance on the account of the player to the LGA, as per the Remote Gaming Regulations. In case the player cannot be located, or the required payment instructions are not available. Once the money is sent to the LGA, Bingo.com reserves the right to close the players account, and the player should contact the LGA in order to obtain the refund of the balance.

3.14 Placing a bet through the Internet may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which an Account Holder is resident and/or domiciled; if so the Account Holder is not authorised to use a Card for the purpose of placing a bet.

3.15 Bingo.com, the Regulator or all relevant Authority can control all transactions to prevent money laundering. All suspicious transaction found out by Bingo.com will be reported to the relevant Authorities.

4. Security Rules

4.1 Bingo.com upholds strict confidentiality regarding all relations with an Account Holder. Data will be disclosed if required by the governing authority, the judge or another public authority, and/or in the event of an Account Holder violating the Bingo.com Rules, data can be disclosed to a third party for investigation purpose.

4.2 An Account Holder is given a personal account number. The Account Holder chooses a password and username. It is an Account Holder's own responsibility not to share this information. If the Account Holder has reason to believe that others have become party to this information, the Account Holder should immediately contact Bingo.com's Customer Service and a new password will be issued.

4.3 All telephone communications between Account Holders and Bingo.com are recorded for security, training purposes and/or accounting purposes.

4.4 All Internet communications are kept on record for accounting purposes.

4.5 Card deposits may, from time to time, be partially and/or fully declined subject to certain security systems managed in collaboration with a Payment Solution Provider and/or a Financial Institution. Such security measures may decline legitimate Cards, which nevertheless, at a particular time, it is not possible to process. Bingo.com personnel do not control the said systems, nor have they any knowledge, of the reasons for any deposits being declined.

4.6 Bingo.com may request documents to verify identity and/or authorisation to use a specific Card and/or other facts provided by the Account Holder, before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals; this may cause slight delays. From time to time, charge backs, are received and these will be treated as per the company procedure.

4.7 The use and abuse of a bug in any of the gaming software provided on Bingo.com platform is illegal. The player detecting a bug on the gaming software must inform Bingo.com as soon as the bug is discovered by contacting site name at info@bingostaff.com. Bingo.com shall take all necessary steps in case of a use and/or abuse of a bug from a player as block the player account, freeze the funds and eventually legal proceedings.

4.8 Only one bonus per household/IP address can be used. In case of bonus abuse, said bonus will be forfeited and any funds on this account shall be frozen.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 All references in the Rules to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and all references to "the" shall include "a/an" and vice versa.

5.2 Bingo.com may update, amend, edit and supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any substantial amendment to Bingo.com Terms & Conditions shall be notified in advance by Bingo.com to the Account Holder before coming into effect.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 The Bingo.com Rules as published from time to time in English govern this Contract. Translations into other languages are made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of ambiguity between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translations.

6.2 Account Holders are advised to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.

6.2.1 Bingo.com does not provide advice to Account Holders regarding tax and/or legal matters.

6.2.2 Account Holders who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.

6.3 Bingo.com does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever for damage to an Account Holder and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to any:

6.3.1 Mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling mistake, fault in reading, transaction error, technical hazard, registration error, manifest error, Force Majeure and/or any other similar event;

6.3.2 Violation of the Bingo.com Rules;

6.3.3 Criminal Actions;

6.3.4 Advice provided by Bingo.com

6.3.5 Financial risk and loss, including, but not limited to variances in exchange rates; and/or

6.3.6 Legal actions and/or other remedies. The SMS notification service is a pure service to the Account Holder. Bingo.com does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever in the case that there is a mistake in the content of the SMS nor if you have not received the SMS.

6.4 Bingo.com reserves the right, at all times, to resolve any disputes, at its own discretion, in accordance with principles of equity.

6.5 Bingo.comshall take all reasonable steps to ensure that Bingo.com's approved computer system enables any player's whose participation in a game is, after he/she has made a wager, interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or a failure of the player's computer system that prevents the player from continuing the game, to resume, on the restoration of the system, his or her participation in the game that was interrupted as at the time immediately before the interruption. If Bingo.com's computer does not enable any such player to continue, after the restoration of the system, with a game interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or the player's computer system, Bingo.com shall:

6.5.1 Ensure that the game is terminated;

6.5.2 Refund the amount of the wager to the player by placing it in the player's Bingo.com Account. If a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of Bingo.com computer operating system, Bingo.com shall:

6.5.3 refund the amount wagered in the game to the Player by crediting it to the Player's Bingo.com account or, if the said account no longer exists, by paying it to the Player in an approved manner, and if the Player has an accrued credit at the time the game miscarries, credit to the Player's account the monetary value of the credit or, if the account no longer exists, pay it to the Player in an approved manner;

6.5.4 Refrain from conducting a further game if the game is likely to be effected by the same failure.

6.6 In the event that Bingo.com  is found liable in any way, by a court of law and/or a similar authority, with legal competence and/or jurisdiction over Bingo.com, then Bingo.com's liability is limited to the amount of the Stake, or the Net Winnings, whichever is the lesser. Alternatively, when relevant and applicable, the amount recorded in the Bingo.com Account or the amount transferred into or out of the Bingo.com Account, whichever is the lesser.

6.7 Participation in games implies the knowledge and the acceptance of the limits of internet, especially:

6.7.1 the technical capacity, the replying time for consult, interrogate or transfer information, the interruption risks, and in general, the risks inherent of any connection and transmission failure.

6.7.2 the absence of protection of data.

6.7.3 the contamination risks by potential virus circulating on the net. Hence, without prejudice to responsibility to Bingo.com liability as mentioned above, Bingo.comshall not be responsible for (not limited list):

6.7.4 the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the net,

6.7.5 all dysfunction of the network preventing the good progress of any game,

6.7.6 failure of any material of reception or communication circuit,

6.7.7 the loss of any data,

6.7.8 any damage caused by a virus, computing bog, technical failure,

6.7.9 any damage caused to the material of the player,

6.7.10 any failure preventing or limiting the possibility to participate to a game, or a failure that has damaged the player system. The player should take all the appropriate measures to protect the data and/or software stocked on the computer against all blow. The connection at the Site and the participation of the players at any game is done under the player responsibilities.

7. Contributions

7.1 By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with Bingo.com contributors agree to grant to Bingo.com, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including translating and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) in any of Bingo.comServices Limited Games Network entities and partners.

7.2 Copyright in contribution will remain with the contributor and this permission is not exclusive, so contributor can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.

7.3 Contributor confirm that the contribution is her/his own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any EU laws, that s/he has the right to give Bingo.com permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that s/he has the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16. We normally show contributor's name with the contribution, unless requested otherwise.

7.4 In order to participate in and contribute to select Bingo.com community you may be required to register with Bingo.com. Any personal information supplied to Bingo.com as part of this registration process and/or any other interaction with Bingo.com will be collected, stored and used in accordance with Bingo.com Privacy Policy.

7.5 About your contribution: Contributions must be civil and tasteful.

7.5.1 No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.

7.5.2 No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.

7.5.3 No spamming or off-topic material: we don't allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times. Please don't re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.

7.5.4 No advertising or promoting.

7.5.5 No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names. Bingo.com reserve the discretionary right to exclude from the community site in case contributor violates the rules here above.

8. Privacy Policy (including so-called Cookies)

8.1 Bingo.com collects and processes personal information in order to provide its services to the Account Holder.

8.2.4 adequate, relevant and not excessive to its purpose;

8.2.5 accurate and updated;

8.2.6 kept in a secure manner;

8.2.7 not kept longer than is necessary for its purpose;

8.2.8 not transferred to jurisdictions not adhering to the aforementioned Directives; and

8.2.9 is utilised for marketing purposes based on the so called opt-out principle.

8.3 Bingo.com discloses personal data when ordered to do so by order of the Governing Authorities and/or under any legal provision contained in the Governing Law. 10. Bingo

10.1 General dispositions:

10.1.1 Bingo.com is an online bingo service utilising bingo software licensed by Virtue Fusion Ltd.

10.1.2 Bingo.com is authorised by Virtue Fusion Ltd. to represent, promote and market the services of the Bingo.

10.1.3 Bingo.com is authorised by Virtue Fusion Ltd. to receive, hold and pay funds in relation to an Account Holder for the purpose of transactions and settlements with the Bingo.

10.1.4 Bingo.com does not accept and acknowledge any liabilities whatsoever for transactions conducted to, from and/or with the Bingo, except for funds being received, held and/or paid to and/or from a Bingo.com Account in conjunction with arrangement with the Bingo. The present Games Rules are an integral part of the Bingo.com Rules.

10.2 Definitions:

10.2.1 Bingo games are all single and multi-part pattern games in the bingo client. "Bingo" or the "Bingo Games" shall mean the web-based bingo game offered and operated byBingo.com including, but not limited to, additional functionalities related thereto such as chat functionality. "Bingo" shall not include any games offered as a side feature to the Bingo Game. Such games shall be governed solely by the Bingo.com Rules and by the Games Rules that can be found on the Site.

10.2.2 "Sidegames" are all other games next to bingo, such as: Videopoker, Roulette, Blackjack, Slot machines, Minislot, Bingo bets.

10.2.3 "Client Application" shall mean the web browser application opened by the Account Holder in order to play the Bingo Game.

10.2.4 "Software" shall mean all software used by Bingo.com to offer and operate the Bingo Game and to run the Client Application. Any reference to the "Company" in the present Bingo Rules should be understood as a reference to Bingo.com. "Prize" shall mean the amounts, bonuses or rewards that can be won by the Account Holder by playing the Bingo Game.

10.3 Eligibility

10.3.1 The Bingo Games can only be played against payment by an Account Holder.

10.3.2 Participation in the Bingo Games and the activity of the Bingo Games is open only to Account Holders who are at least the higher of: (i) legal age of majority in the Account Holder's jurisdiction or (ii) 18 years. The Account Holder acknowledges by entering the Bingo Game, that he/she is resident in a jurisdiction where such activity is legal. Participation in the activities and games of the Bingo Games is void wherever prohibited by law. Such voidances shall however not affect any stakes or payments made to and accrued for the benefit of the Company.
10.3.3 Employees of the Company, of its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries or other agencies, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Bingo Games.

10.4 Other conditions

10.4.1 By launching or re-launching the Client Application, and by playing or replaying a Bingo Game, the Account Holder represents warrants and certifies that full freedom from errors or incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to the Software or Client Application. Should the Account Holder become aware that the Software or Client Application contains such errors or incompleteness, the Account Holder shall (i) refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever thereof; (ii) keep confidential such errors or incompleteness and under no circumstance inform any third party thereof; (iii) in addition, promptly upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness, the Account Holder shall notify the Company in writing. Should the Account Holder fail to fulfil any of the undertakings under this clause, the Company, or anyone appointed by the Company, shall be entitled to full compensation for all costs, including costs for rectifying the Software or Client Application, that may be referred to the error or incompleteness in question and the Account Holder's or Player's omission to notify the Company. In addition to any other remedy available to it under law or equity, the Company reserves its right, in the event the Account Holder has not complied with the above, to block the Account Holder's Bingo.com Account and/or to subtract monies from such Bingo.com Account in order to cover part of all of the damage suffered or threatened to be suffered by the Company, without prior notice.

10.4.2 The Account Holder is not required to participate in the Bingo Games and such participation, if elected by the Account Holder, is at its sole option, discretion and risk. Materials of the Bingo Games (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, Prize claims or entries. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement. Taxes, if any, on any Prize is Account Holder's sole responsibility. The Account Holder consents to use his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Account Holder, by acceptance of Prize, acknowledges compliance with all rules herein. The Company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to the legal right for Account Holder to participate in the Bingo Games nor shall any of the Company's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.

10.4.3 The Company shall not be required to maintain usernames or passwords. If the Account Holder misplaces, forgets or loses this password, or tells it to or shares it with anyone, the Company will not be responsible and will not be held liable for any claims regarding that Bingo.comAccount.

10.5 The Account Holder agrees and becomes a party to the Bingo.com Rules and Bingo Rules. By entering the Site, opening an Account or by playing at the Bingo Games, or by accepting any Prize, the Account Holder hereby represents warrants and certifies all of the following:

10.5.1 The Account Holder fully understands, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall abide by all Bingo.com Rules and Bingo Rules contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.

10.5.2 The Account Holder is over the age of legal majority; i.e. player is an "adult" as that term is legally defined in Account Holder's jurisdiction, and at least 18 years old.

10.5.3 The Account Holder shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse the Account Holder's account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Bingo Games.

10.5.4 The Account Holder has the full, complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the Game and its participation in the Bingo Games is not prohibited in the Account Holder's jurisdiction.

10.5.5 The Account Holder does not find the Bingo Games or the Site to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.

10.5.6 The Account Holder shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever (including consequential and indirect damage such as loss of reputation, loss of income, lawyers' costs etc.), that may arise as a result of the Account Holder's or Player's: (i) entry, use, or reuse of the Site, (ii) use of any materials at the Site, (iii) entry, use, or reuse of the Client Application, (iv) participation in the Bingo Game or in the chat functionality, or, (v) the acceptance of any Prize.

10.6 Liability

10.6.1 Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall the Company, its Software and Client Application supplier, subsidiary companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Company's Bingo Games, Client Application and/or materials. The Account Holder specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any Account Holder. If the Account Holder is dissatisfied with any Company service related to the Bingo Games, or with any of the present Bingo Rules, the Player's or Account Holder's sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Bingo Games.

10.6.2 The Account Holder shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and blameless, and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of the Account Holder's; (i) entry, use, or reuse of the Bingo Games or Client Application, (ii) use of any materials on the website, (iii) participation in the Bingo Games, or, (iv) the acceptance of any Prize.

10.7 Disputes

10.7.1 In the event of a dispute with regard to any outcome in the Bingo Game, the Account Holder must submit any complaint to the Company's customer service. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on the Account Holder's Client Application and the Company's Bingo Software, the result showing on the Bingo Software shall be the official and governing result of the Bingo Game.

10.8 Miscellaneous

10.8.1 An Account Holder may not have more than one Account. If the Company detects an Account Holder with more than one account, it has the right to block and/or to reallocate all funds to one of the accounts and to delete the superfluous account(s). No bonus given to the superfluous accounts will be reallocated to the remaining account.

10.8.2 The Account Holder understands that the terms "Bingo.com" are the trademarks, service marks, and trade names of the Company and the Account Holder obtains no rights to such terms, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the Site, the Client Application and the material contained therein.

10.8.3 The Account Holder's interest in the Bingo Games and the Site is personal, and not professional; any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Bingo Games or the Site by the Account Holder is strictly prohibited.

10.8.4 The Account Holder shall periodically review, at a rate not less than once monthly, these Bingo Rules.

10.9 Description of the Bingo Game

10.9.1 A new Bingo Game is played every other minute as several rooms have several Bingo Games. However the Company expressly reserves its right to change, decrease or increase the frequency of the Bingo Game.

10.9.2 A new ball is called approximately every 3 seconds, but the Company expressly reserves its right to change, decrease or increase the frequency of the Bingo Game.

10.9.3 There is a 1 card minimum purchase per game, and a maximum purchase of 50 cards per game, depending on the game itself. But the Company expressly reserves its right to change, decrease or increase the available amount of bingo tickets per Bingo Game.

10.9.4 Bingo is played in "Auto play" mode, whereby players will always be notified of a winning bingo card. Even in the event the Account Holder would not use the "Auto play" mode, winnings will automatically be allocated to the Account Holder. The Company is entitled to offer "Pre-order" purchases. In such an event, the Account Holder shall purchase a number of cards for a Bingo Game to be played at a given time in the future.

10.9.5 The purchase of all cards is final.

10.9.6 In the case of there being more than one winning card, the prize will be split equally amongst the number of winners.

10.9.7 The Company reserves the right to cancel the Account Holder's Account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice. The Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in the Account Holder's Account in any of the following circumstances:

10.9.7.1 If the Account Holder has more than one Account;

10.9.7.2 If the Account Holder has provided incorrect or misleading registration information;

10.9.7.3 If the Account Holder is not of legal age;

10.9.7.4 If the Account Holder resides in a jurisdiction where participation in the Bingo Game is prohibited by law;

10.9.7.5 If the Account Holder has allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on its Account;

10.9.7.6 If the Account Holder has not played the Bingo Game on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, the Bingo Game has been played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);

10.9.7.7 If the Account Holder is found cheating or if it is determined by the Company that the Account Holder has employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed or suitable to defeat the Software and the Client Application.

10.9.8 The Account Holder is explicitly advised that the Software and the Client Application do not prevent an Account Holder from playing a Bingo Game when no other Account Holders are present. As a result, the Account Holder will obtain a Prize equal to the Account Holder's stake minus the winnings, which the Company allocates to itself. The Account Holder should therefore refrain from playing a Bingo Game when no other Account Holders are participating.

10.10 Promotional offers

10.10.1 A bonus, or BB in short (stands for Bingo Bonus), is free value to be used to play the Bingo Game that the Company can award to the Account Holder, who can earn BBs from its deposits, as a prize for playing chat games in the chat rooms as well as for other promotions.

10.10.2 BBs can never be converted into a Prize, but winnings from BBs can.

10.10.6 All bonus money will be cleared from an account if there has been no activity for seven (7) days in a row.

10.11 Terms & conditions relating to the use of the chat functionality.

10.11.1 The Company provides free chat functionality to the Account Holders. The Company may freely elect to monitor or moderate the chat functionality or not. In no event shall the Company be liable towards any Account Holder using the chat functionality for any damage arising from other Account Holders' conduct. The Account Holder shall indemnify the Company and shall hold it harmless against any damage arising out of such Account Holder's illegal, unlawful or inappropriate conduct or arising out of the violation by the Account Holder of the Chat Rules.

10.11.2 The Chat Rules may be amended from time to time by the Company when it elects to do so. In addition to any Chat Rules notified to the Account Holder during the term of the present agreement, the following Chat Rules apply:

10.11.2.1 NO impersonating another person in chat.

10.11.2.2 NO indecent or foul language.

10.11.2.3 NO harassment of other chatters.

10.11.2.4 Use a nickname in good taste. Customer service has the right to change it.

10.11.2.5 No arguing or bickering at any time. Complaints are best handled via the Customer service.

10.11.2.6 Participants in the chat are not allowed to promote third party websites or activities.

10.11.2.7 Participants in the chat are not entitled to use vulgar or threatening statements.

10.11.2.8 Participants in the chat are not entitled to use racial, sexual or ethnic slurs.

11. Casino

11.4 The Casino is a stand-alone service:

11.4.1 not managed and/or controlled by Bingo.com;

11.4.2 not provided under The License held by Bingo.com;

11.4.3 not included in the provisions of the License

11.5 Bingo.com does not accept and acknowledge any liabilities whatsoever for transactions conducted to, from and/or with the Casino, except for funds being received, held and/or paid to and/or from a Bingo.com Account in conjunction with arrangement with the Casino.

11.6 The Casino is restricted to individuals of legal age of majority only. You have to be at least eighteen (18) years of age to play. Any funds deposited by an individual who is not over eighteen (18) years of age shall be forfeited in favour of the Remote Gaming authority.

11.7 Participation in the games and the activity of the Casino (the "Games") is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal (the "Players"). 11.11.2.6 Fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout or industrial action of any kind.

11.11.3 Whereupon a dispute should arise between the Casino and any of its Account Holder the Casino will, if so requested, make accessible to the interested members a detailed transaction record. Such information shall also be made available to legitimate third parties (e.g. a judge or a court) if the Player so agrees to or if Company is otherwise bound to do so according to Maltese law.

11.11.4 The Casino is operated from Malta by Net Entertainment Malta Ltd under their class IV license. Legal disputes between the Player and the Casino are to be solved in the Maltese courts, according to Maltese laws and regulations.

11.11.5 A Player cannot have more than one account. If the Casino detects a Player with more than one account, the Casino will reallocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the remaining superfluous account(s). 12.3.2 Account Holder or Player is not required to participate in the Games and such participation, if elected by Account Holder or Player, is at its sole option, discretion and risk. 15.9.6 The terms and conditions contained herein may be modified and/or amended only by the Company posting such modification and/or amendment in the "Terms and Conditions" section of the Web site.

15.9.7 The Company shall not be liable for computer malfunctions nor attempts by the Player to participate in Scratch Card by methods, means or ways not intended by the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Player’s account for any reason and to issue any balance in the Player’s account at the time of such cancellation.

15.9.8 The terms and conditions contained herein, together with the Bingo.com Rules, represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Player and the Company and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the Player and the Company.

15.10 The Player agrees and becomes a party to the Rules:

15.10.1 By entering the Web site, by opening an account at the Web site, by playing Scratch Card, by using and reusing such account, by participating in Scratch Card, or by accepting of any prize, the Player represents, warrants and certifies all of the following:

15.10.1.4 That the Player has the full, complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in Scratch Card and the Player’s participation in Scratch Card is not prohibited in the Player’s jurisdiction.

15.10.1.5 That the Player does not find Scratch Card or the Web site to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.

15.10.1.6 The Player understands that Scratch Card is for entertainment value only. The Player understands and acknowledges that no purchase is necessary or required to play Scratch Card. If a Player wishes to play without staking money, he/she may do so.

15.10.2 The Player shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of the Player’s: (i) entry, use, or reuse of the Web site, (ii) use of any materials at the Web site, (iii) entry, use, or reuse of the Scratch Card server, (iv) participation in Scratch Card, or, (v) the acceptance of any prize.

15.10.3 The Player understands that Scratch Card takes no responsibility whatsoever, direct or indirect, for losses that may occur to the Player when using Scratch Card. In particular, Scratch Card will not be liable in any of the following scenarios:

15.10.3.1 In the event of Force Majeure;

15.10.3.2 In the event of the cancellation of a scratch card for any reason;

15.10.3.3 Failure of Scratch Card’s central computer system or any part thereof, delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system;

15.10.3.4 An outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism;

15.10.3.5 Acts of government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent):

15.10.3.6 Fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout or industrial action of any kind.

15.10.4 Where a dispute should arise between the Company and any of its Account Holder, the Company will, if so requested, make accessible to the interested members a detailed transaction record. Such information may also be made available to a legitimate third party (e.g. a judge or a court) if the player so agrees to or if the Company is otherwise bound to do so according to Maltese law.

15.10.5 Bingo.com Scratch Card is operated from Malta by Net Entertainment Malta Ltd under their class IV license. Legal disputes between the Player and the Casino are to be solved in the Maltese courts, according to Maltese laws and regulations.

15.10.6 A Player cannot have more than one account. If the Company detects a Player with more than one account, we reserve the right to reallocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the remaining superfluous account(s). No bonus given to the superfluous accounts will be reallocated to the remaining account.

15.10.11 The Player shall not participate in Scratch Card, open, use or reuse an account, enter the Web site, or Scratch Card, nor accept any prize if the Player does not fully understand and agree to become a party to and shall abide by, without exception, the Bingo.com Rules and all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and, as such, all rules regulations, terms and conditions may change from time to time.

15.11 The version of the Terms & Conditions of Scratch Card as published from time to time in English constitute the contract between the Player and the Company. Any translation from English is a service made available without any liabilities whatsoever. 15. Chat functionality rules

16.1 Some games are provided with a free chat functionality to the Account Holder, in order to exchange on the game with the dealer, or with others players in collective table conversations. Rules are applied to ensure that a pleasant ambience is preserved on the network, that no fraudulent activity is facilitated and that players feel part of the community. The Account Holder shall not use the chat functionality in a collusion purpose. Separate chat between the players is prohibited.

16.2 In no event Unibet shall be liable towards any Account Holder using the chat functionality for any damage arising from other Account Holders’ conduct.

16.3 The Account Holder shall indemnify and hold Unibet harmless against any damage arising out of the Account Holder’s illegal, unlawful or inappropriate conduct or arising out of the violation by the Account Holder of the Chat Rules.

16.4 The chat functionality is moderated or monitored by the game provider, either automatically, or by human means. All the conversations are recorded and shall be stored for a reasonable period.In case of infringement of the rules of the chat functionality, the moderator will warn the Account Holder. If the Account Holder does not change his behaviour, he can be excluded from the chat room.

An Account Holder can also be excluded with immediate effect, without prior warning. 16.6 The Chat Functionality rules are applicable to the chat functionalities of all the games provided to the Account Holder, and can be completed by some terms and conditions attached to the game or be amended from time to time.
