This week we're meeting one of our friendliest and most committed chat hosts. Verny is one of the oldest members of the Bingo.com team, and has been dedicated to helping players in the bingo games for quite some time. Time to meet Host Verny!

How long have you been at Bingo.com?
“For a very long time, actually! I used to work nights four years ago. I left for two years to work at a bank in Costa Rica but came back to Bingo.com in September 2008, starting again as a chat host. Then I was promoted to Supervisor and now I work with lots more people, and all of them do a really good job.”
What is the best part about working as a chat host?
“The best thing about being a host is when a player is happy and satisfied with the customer service. Giving them fun and entertainment is even better… and when the players tell you, “Thank you!””
Tell us a little bit about yourself!
"I am a very friendly and funny person who likes to make friends and go out whenever possible. I am a night person and I like to visit clubs with friends. I have a daughter Maria Fernanda who is 5 years old."
What is the funniest and strangest story you have from working as a chat host?
“The funniest thing was when I came back after the two years I was away and some of the players still remembered me – I was shocked! I still had some friends in here.”
