If you like healthy, raw foods, try this!
This dip is easy and super tasty, and can be used as a dip, spread, or even a salad dressing. If you decide to use it as a dressing, just add a bit of water to thin it out.
Ingredients:
3-4 raw radishes
1-2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup cashew butter (or macadamia)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Finely chop radishes and garlic cloves in food processor.
2. Add cashew butter and salt and mix until combined.
3. Scoop in to lettuce leaf for the “lettuce boat”, then top with desired optional ingredients!
Optional Ingredients:
sliced tomato
lettuce leaves
grated carrot
sprouts
minced red onion
Also optional: Add a little nutritional yeast to the radish dip for a slightly cheese-like flavour.
