Lucky Mr. Anonymous wins almost £100,000!
A player from Merthyr Tydfil, who has been playing bingo for more than 50 years, has finally won the big pay out! The national game, being played at across 470 bingo clubs in the UK, was his alone. Quickest to get a full house, the anonymous bingo player aged 76 years also has a very large extended family to support.
He says, "I couldn't believe how much it was! The reaction in the club was marvelous, with everyone clapping and cheering me. I just couldn't stop shaking and I still shake when I think about it now."
Still unsure of how to spend his new found fortune, he knows at least he will take his wife on a nice long holiday. Fantastic!
