Why are there three different tabs in the Bingo Lobby; All Rooms, Network Rooms & Local Rooms?

There are three tabs in the 'Bingo Lobby' All Rooms, Local Rooms and Network Rooms. All Rooms will show you all the Bingo rooms ,which are open across the whole network. Local Rooms feature the Local rooms for Bingo.com and the Network Rooms feature all the rooms available on the Virtue Fusion network, please click here to read more about our network rooms.

How do I enter a Bingo Room?

To enter one of the Bingo rooms and start playing, all you need to do is go to the 'Bingo' tab and directly in front of you is the 'Bingo Lobby'. Click on the green ‘Play Now’ button on the right hand side and this will open the Bingo Client, where you can start playing direct.

When in the Bingo, you have the option to add up to 4 different rooms at one time, purchase tickets in advance and play our popular slots or Scratch Cards.

In the top right hand corner your ‘Wallet’ balance is shown along with your ‘Bingo Bonus’ and ‘Games Bonus’ (To be used on the slots and scratch cards in the bingo) amounts. Next to the balance are three wheels, click here to check your game history and amend account details; such sound, graphics or game options.

Can I transfer Bonus money from bonus balance to main wallet or between bonus accounts?

You cannot transfer bonus money between accounts. The Bingo Bonus can only be used in the Bingo and the Casino/Slot bonus can only be used on specific slots in the Casino/Slot lobbies (Except Retro Slots). 

Please note also at Bingo.com we have a seamless wallet, where you can now play all products from your main Bingo.com wallet and in your own currency. You don’t have to transfer funds to a specific Casino wallet anymore, just open any game in the Casino or Slot lobby and simply start playing as normal, but in your local currency.


 

Why do I need to send documentation when withdrawing funds or speaking with customer service?

In order to protect your privacy and to ensure we are speaking with the correct player, our Customer Support team would need the following forms of identification:-

• Government approved ID  -  E.g. Passport, Drivers Licence or National ID Card
• Copy of a Bank Statement or a screen shot of your Internet banking site showing proof of 
  address, full name and account number.  (Please ensure you black out your credit/debit card
  number and total account balance.)

If you not have a scanner available to use, simply take a photo with your phone or camera and email the documentation.

How do I deactivate my CC?

If you wish to deactivate your current Credit Card details on your account, please contact Customer Support to advise that you wish to deactivate your current credit/debit card details– Please note you can only register up to 3 cards at one time.


 

How long does it take for my money to reach my account when I withdraw?

This is dependent on your selected withdrawal method, please see below for the details of each method:-

Credit Card: -  3-10 days, min amount £15/max amount of £10,000 with a fee of £4
*PLEASE NOTE: - Only VISA card is accepted for withdrawals, if you use a MasterCard, Maestro or Visa Electron to make a deposit; you will not be able to use this card to withdraw and would there for need to select one of the other withdrawal methods.

Bank Transfer: - 3-10 days, min amount £15/no max amount limit with a fee of £4

Moneybookers: - Up to 48 hours, min amount £10/max amount of £1000 with a fee of £4

NETeller:- Within 48 hours, min amount £10/max amount of £1000 with a fee of £4


 

How do I withdraw money from my account?

Winnings on your account
All your winnings are automatically saved in your Bingo.com Account (My Wallet) and you can request a withdrawal at any time. For security reasons we only pay out winnings to the account or payment solution that was originally used to fund your Bingo account (Exception being Credit/Debit Cards, please see below). In order to request a withdrawal, log into your account and click the ‘Cashout’ button, found in the right hand column and follow the instructions. 
 

MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron
When depositing with MasterCard Maestro or Visa Electron, you will not be able to use this card to withdraw and would there for need to select one of the other withdrawal methods.

Print out
We recommend that you print out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods in order to avoid misconceptions at a later time.

 

Why do I get an error message when I’m trying to deposit?

There could be a number of reasons why you received an error when trying to make a deposit.
It could be a time out issue, where it may have taken a little bit of time to fill in the details, a potential problem with the deposit method or simply a browser Issue.

Please take a screen shot of your error or make a note as to what it said and contact our customer support team where they can assist you with your query.

(Please note when depositing with a Credit/Debit card only cards with a Card Security Code (CSC) will be accepted and the credit/debit card must be must be issued in the same country as where you have registered your Bingo.com account in. Please also check with your bank that they allow gambling transactions on your account)

How do I raise my deposit limit?

If you would like to raise your limit, go to 'My Account' and select 'My Wallet'. Under 'Limits' you can set your deposit limit for a specific number of days and this can be amended at any time.

How do I deposit money into my account?

Make a deposit
Once you have successfully registered, you will need to fund your account. This can be done by clicking the "Deposit" button, either directly after registration or you can find the "Deposit" button in ‘My Wallet’ on the right hand side of the site when logged in.


Payment options
The payment options vary depending on what country you are based in. They include credit and debit cards* e-wallets such as NETeller, Paysafecard, Moneybookers and bank transfers. You will find further payment options on the deposit page. Please note if you make a deposit with a VISA card, you will later be able to withdraw your winnings back to that same card; this does not apply with other accepted credit/debit cards.

Why can’t I see my Bingo Bonus in my main wallet?

The Bingo Bonus will now appear in the Bingo Client. The Casino/Slot Bonus will still continue to appear in the main ‘My Wallet’.

You can access your Bingo Bonus information when directly in the Bingo; at the Top right hand corner you will see three separate balances:-
Balance
This is your real money (Cash), which is currently displayed in 'My wallet' on the main Bingo.com site.
Bingo Bonus
Bonus funds can only be used on Bingo games. Please note you can click 'i' and select ‘details’ for more information about your Bingo Bonus & current promotions.
Games Bonus
These bonus funds that only can be used on side games in the bingo client, Please note you can click 'i' and select ‘details’ for more information about your Games Bonus & current promotions.
 

Why can’t I use my bonus?

Please note you cannot utilize your Bingo Bonus if you have real money on your account. Once your real money has been used, then you will be able to use your Bonus Money. Please click here if you are confused about bonuses or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Why haven’t I received the welcome bonus for bingo or casino?

In order to receive the Bingo or Casino Welcome bonus, you will need to have met the following requirements of each bonus:-

Bingo Welcome Bonus: - You need to play for a minimum of £10 on any of our Bingo Games and then your account will be automatically credited with a £25 bonus! Casino Welcome Bonus

How do I refer a friend?

How do I set my personal preferences?

Click on the tab marked My Account and choose Edit my profile. Then choose what settings you would like to change. 

How do I register?

To register click the Join button and follow the instructions.

You will need to provide us with information about yourself. Please note that our privacy policy stipulates that we will not sell, rent, distribute, or share your personal information in any way.

Information includes:
* Your name
* Your mailing address
* Your email address
* Your alias (nickname), the name seen by other Bingo.com players
* Your password

Once registered remember your alias and password, which you will need to log in to the site. This information should only be known to you.

Why won’t the Bingo Room open?

There could be several reasons why you might be having problems opening the Bingo. Please find below a few things you could try to resolve any issues you might be having:-
 

• You may need to disable your Pop up blocker and you do that by pressing Tools in your internet
  browser, Internet Options and selecting Pop up blocker, then allow Pop ups or deactivate the
  blocker.
• Please ensure that your Adobe Flash is updated to the latest version.
• Please ensure that your internet browser allows cookies.
• Please note that Firefox is the most suited browser to play Bingo at Bingo.com, if you have any problems with Internet Explorer. 

 

How do I withdraw money from my account?

Winnings on your account
All your winnings are automatically saved in your Bingo.com Account and you can request a withdrawal to be made at any time. For security reasons we only pay out winnings to the account or payment solution that was originally used to fund your Bingo account. In order to request a withdrawal, log into your account and click the Withdraw money button and follow the instructions.


MasterCard
MasterCard is the only exception since it doesn’t allow withdrawals to be paid into an account. In which case you simply specify an alternative account into which your winnings will be deposited.

Change account
If you wish to change payment solution or account you need to consume and request a withdrawal of your winnings to your old account first. Then you can change into a new one. To request a withdrawal, please click on Cashout and follow the instructions.

Do I need to claim a Bingo win manually?

No, that will not be necessary. We will automatically update your account with your winnings. 

How do I chat?

When you have selected a Bingo Game you would like to play, the Bingo will open with a new window with the Bingo Tickets visible and a chat window. What happens when I win?

All winnings are deposited directly to the winner's account. Winnings, which have been won by more than one player will be shared evenly and distributed to each of the winners’ accounts.

How do I win?

Winning
When a called number corresponds to a number on your ticket it will be dabbed. If you are the first to have your numbers in one row dabbed, you will win one line. If you then are the first to have the numbers of two rows dabbed, then you will win the two lines prize. The fullhouse will be won by the person or persons who are the first to have all the numbers on their ticket dabbed. If several players win on the same call the winnings will be shared between them.

Jackpot
If you manage a fullhouse within a specified number of calls (will vary between games) you will win the Jackpot!

Do I need to dab the numbers manually?

No, we will automatically dabb the numbers for you unless you would rather do it yourself. If you happen to forget to dabb the numbers, don’t worry, we keep a record so you will always be credited any prizes you may have won.

How much do the tickets cost?

A ticket will cost between £0.10 and £1 depending on what room and time you play.

What is a ticket/strip?

To play bingo you need to buy a ticket.
For Variant Bingo the ticket consists of 75 numbers in a box separate by 5 x 5 numbered squares.
If you choose to play Classic Bingo the ticket will consist of 25 numbers in a box separate by 5x5 numbered squares. 
In 90 Ball Bingo the ticket consists of 3 rows and 9 columns. Each row contains 5 numbered squares and 4 blank squares. A strip consists of six tickets.
