How do I find a casino tournament?
Go to the tournament section under the casino tab. You will see the ongoing tournaments and choose which game you would like to play. Click here to read more about our Daily Tournaments.

How can I enter a casino tournament?
The casino tournaments are free to enter and anyone can take part; you have to be registered and have an account at Bingo.com, that’s all. You receive such an account automatically upon your first deposit of funds (Visa, bank transfer, moneybookers etc…). Play in real money mode on the slots/games that are included in the tournament at anytime between the start/end- time of that tournament will automatically enter you for that tournament; there are no extra fees for participating! When playing in fun mode you cannot participate in any tournament, which may be active at the time fun play.

How do I know which position I’m holding in the tournament?
For the casino tournament that is running, you will see a leader board on the tournament home page, or in some cases in the slot itself. If you decide to play the game in question, you will be automatically entered in the corresponding tournament. Your alias will appear on the leader board if you’re running in the top 10 of the competition. If you’re below the top ten you will see your name and score at the bottom of the leader board.

How can I win the casino tournament?
Bingo.com uses the tournament formula of ’best net win in 20 consecutive rounds’ , to calculate who wins the casino tournament.

’Best net win in 20 consecutive rounds’
The player with the highest (Win – Bet) score summary of 20 rounds played in succession wins. The system keeps constant track of which sequence of 20 rounds gives the best Win – Bet for the player and calculates the score. During the player’s first 20 rounds the score on the leader board is updated after every round. If the score is better than the previously best then this becomes the new best score and so on.

What happens if two winning players have the same score?
Should 2 players tie in the winning places with the same score then the prize money will be shared by the tying players. For example, if two players have the same score and tie for the 1st position they then occupy the prize money position 1 and 2 and the money of the 1st and 2nd place will be shared by these two players.

How and when do I get my winnings?
If you finish in the winning places the money will be automatically credited to your casino account once the tournament finishes. On some special tournaments you will receive your winnings credited manually one business day after the tournament finishes. If winnings are to be paid manually, it will be announced in the tournament promotion article on site or in a newsletter.
